This is the best real estate deal in the history of Canada. 375 acres for $635 million. I would have paid more than $1 billion for this 16 million square foot site. It is ultimately going to be an enormous development with revenues around $40 billion. Of course, I was never considered as a buyer by Bombardier or the broker.
